FIT has become a leading independent technical asset finance training company in the UK. Demand for FIT’S training now extends into Europe.
The asset finance industry continues to evolve to meet the finance needs of individual markets so too has FIT. To meet the training requirements of this ever-changing market place FIT offers its customers choice.
From 2008 FIT will be providing its new SelectaCourse training courses and modules to your company in-house. These courses can be specifically tailored to meet any technical skills gap your company might have. SelectaCourse is now available in-house for any number of people between one and twelve. The third division of the company is MWL Seminars. Over the coming year we will be marketing seminars on topics which are either essential or ancillary to the running of your business. The Co-founders

Alick Mulhall BA Training Director

Alick has been a professional trainer for the past eleven years. He joined Mercantile Credit based in Glasgow in 1976. In 1984, having gained an Open University degree, he moved to London to join the growing big-ticket leasing team. He left a Senior Manager in 1994 to take on director responsibilities with Angel Trains. After privatisation in 1995 Alick took up a post with Kredietfinance.
The experience gained from working on the front line in leasing and asset finance has enabled Alick to design comprehensive technical training courses for asset financiers. These training courses are offered at both Principles Grade 1 and Practitioner Grade 2. The main objective of the training is to ensure that people leave the training room knowing more than when they entered. Pauline Willingham, Operations Director

Pauline has an extensive background in bookkeeping and administration. This, and fully appreciating the need to do what we say we will do, provides an excellent background for undertaking the smooth running of all MWL’S operations. A multi-talented person, on the creative side Pauline has overall responsibility for the design of the company’s website and marketing output. This promotional work has led her to several sales opportunities resulting in her becoming the account executive for these new customers.
